Message component. Because of this, the restriction to flow from one side of the core to the other is 1/2 that of the OEM piece. The double-pass element of this setup is essentially adding length to the radiator; twice as much as that of the OEM.

If you look at those two aspects of this design, you will realize that it is no more or less restrictive than the OEM piece. In addition, it is allowing twice the volume of coolant to be exposed to air in a single pass as compared to OEM.
